注文のキャンセルは、発送処理を行っていなければ、可能です。商品発送後は返品として扱います。不良品ではない商品の返品をご希望される場合、未開封・未使用のもので、商品ご到着後7日以内に電話連絡いただいたもののみお受けいたします。返品に掛かる送料や返金手数料はお客様にご負担いただいておりますのでご了承ください。

You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once orders have been processed for shipping, your cancellation request will be processed as a return claim. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please take note that only unused products can be returned or exchanged.

Our  [EDO BEAUTY LAB] artisanal goods are handmade by skilled artisans from Edogawa City, and may have slight imperfections. Moreover, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, products may appear different in person. The appearance should not affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its intended use.
